We sat down for a staff meeting not too long ago and threw our hats into the circle as to what a really great pale ale should consist of. Over 5%? Check. Old school bitterness, with plenty of new school juice to balance things? Check. Served in a pint glass? Check! We might be a bit nuts for releasing a keg beer during a national lockdown, but we couldn't help ourselves in this instance. A beer brewed in hope of a return to normality sooner rather than later; yearning for those days of rounds, mindless chatter, and good times shared in the pub. A straight up, simple hop bill - with a hearty amount of Mosaic doing the work, bringing juicy tangerine and blueberry notes, before a sprinkling of Chinook brings in the pine and resin notes.
