Outsider Art

Combinations when it comes to our beers are fun and all - we’ve been making solid hop combos since day dot here at Polly’s - but every now and again a beer just lends itself to single hop billing from our experience having worked with a certain variety. With Outsider Art we had one thing and one thing only in mind when creating it; Mosaic + London Ale III = JUICE. To say we’ve given the ultimate Polly’s treatment to this beer would be an understatement; Mosaic is in full song on this beer - with a full medley of tangerine, berry and bubblegum notes imparting those super juicy flavours we’ve become renowned for, with a gentle bitterness running throughout to save things falling into cloying territory. All fermented out with our bespoke house LA3 strain to ensure maximum suspension in the glass, this is an all in, amped up, maxed out IPA.
