A super clean, pale, Cali base, hopped with Strata, Simcoe, Mosaic LUPO and Krush HyperBoost, was infused with hand made, toasted native pine staves. The staves were a combination of 1 and 2 year old, dried timbers for an array of flavours. Fermented low and slow for a super crisp finish, allowing the unique pine flavours and WC hops to really do the talking.Pine, citrus and resinous hops, with a sandalwood like spice array and soft, toasted marshmallow hit. A crazy unique flavour combo of pure Australian character, melded with rich West Coast American IPA. The perfect antipodean Christmas beer.
