Whilst there is lots of interpretation between Pale styles, this particular beer is sessionable, fruity and hazy. Fraser and Sam used stacks of Centennial in the kettle and weren’t shy when dry-hopping it with Azacca. Think tropical fruits with a touch of citrus/tangerine and you might detect just a hint of spiciness on the palate. Silky smooth due to the abundance of Oats and Wheat used, with a super soft water profile.Ingredients (Allergens in bold): Water, Barley, Oats, Hops and Yeast
