We brewed this saison with barley, spelt, and quinoa. Fermented with our House Brett Saison blend. Infused with Maryland Vidal Blanc grapes and dry hopped with Experimental NZ102 Hops. That's a lot going on in a tart, citrusy, winey, effervescent saison!
