PINO se je po lanskem nepričakovanem poletnem uspehu končno vrnil. Ime združuje "PIvo" in "viNO," saj smo uporabili sofermentacijo z vinskimi in pivskimi kvasovkami pri nižjih temperaturah (Cold IPA). Za dodatno kompleksnost tega Indian Pale ALa smo uporabili štiri žita: ječmen, pšenico, oves in koruzo ter pet različnih hmeljev: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Galaxy in Nelson Sauvin. Hmelj smo dodali tudi v fazi drozganja, kar daje pivu edinstvene lastnosti.PINO is finally back after last year's unexpected summer success. We've used co-fermentation with wine and beer yeast at lower temperatures (Cold IPA). To enhance the complexity of this Indian Pale Ale, we've used four grains: barley, wheat, oat, and corn, along with five different hops: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin. We've also added hops in the mashing phase for unique characteristics.
