Seltzer is super serious everyone, we're not even joking. It’s like, not even a laughing matter, so don’t laugh. We’re so serious about it that we fermented a super legit seltzer in freshly emptied wine barrels from Willamette Valley, adding in our mixed culture of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria. Then we added a seriously large amount of cara cara and blood orange puree to juice it the heck up. And then we thought “Ya know what? Let's can condition it for extra seriousness. We're adults. We can have cookies fordinner and can condition our seltzer if we want to!” And so here we are. The result is a flavorful, lightly tart and funky seltzer that finishes super crisp and is asrefreshing as any other seltzer out there, seriously.
