Aromatics driven by yeast characters which display light funky bubblegum and banana esters with a touch of fennel. Light malt notes with fruity ester flavours across palate. This beer has a very dry finish which can make the beer appear more bitter than it actually is. A long, dry effervescent and snappy finish leaves you wanting another sip.
