Field Blend – Blackberry and Blueberry

The beginning of this beer was saison refermented on blackberries and blueberries, more black than blue, but the blues are always punchy. After that beer was completed we blended in parts of all the other fruit tanks that were in the cellar, so the beer also includes one of the tanks which went into the forthcoming 2023 All Sparrow, No Sky which included a small blend of the final harvest of peaches and nectarines from Collins Family. Additionally we blended in from one of the Roseate VI tanks which included 2022 pluot beer and 2023 second-use Balaton cherries from Waxwing. AND we also blended in some of the 2023 Sandra Rose cherry beer that came out last release, Golden-crowned.
