Using an Imperial Gose base we’ve created a Ripple Fruit Cake. Fermented on Blueberries, Strawberries & Raspberries & infused with Maple Glazed Salted Peanuts. The Saline/lactic character of the Gose gives a lovely base for the fruit to shine, combined with a subtle sweet nuttiness.Contains: Water, Barley, Wheat, Oats, Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Lactose, Peanuts, Sea Salt, Maple Syrup, Flavouring, Hops & Yeast.
