As it's nearly that time of year we wanted to make something festive and decided to draw inspiration from the legendary drink… Buck's Fizz.We brewed a rice lager base to provide a clean and fairly neutral flavour profile. Then we took some grape juice and orange comminute and fermented it with champagne yeast. This gave us some bone-dry fruity liquid. We blended them together, infused the blend with orange and lemon zest and carbonated it to a high level.
