The second beer in this series contains a singular base malt with a much more complex selection of specialty grains. We then aged it on both raw and hand toasted coconut flakes, using a new method of introducing adjuncts into our beer. The final beer is luscious and silky, with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, toasted coconut and bakers chocolate.
