If you've spent any time here in the pub over the last two years, you probably know Blake. He's our Yukon Cornelius behind the bar and in the brewery, and he just graduated with his Bachelor's degree. In celebration, he helped brew this beautifully tasty Oat Pale Ale, with malted and unmalted oats, and hopped with Amarillo, Hull Melon and Citra. It's a citrus melange with notes of tangerine, sweet honey dew, and loganberry and a balanced bitterness against that classic cream pie. Congratulations Blake!
