Brewed in collaboration with our friendly neighbors from Monk's Cellar, this beer was brewed as a Belgian-Style Quadruple then treated with a hefty dose of sweet cherries and raspberries. Initially the fruit hits you right away but after a couple seconds the cherries linger followed by nutty notes of raisins.
