Debuting as a test batch at this year’s Sugarbelt, Banana Walnut Elliot starts with Elliot Blueberries and orange blossom honey, and is then aged on a nuts amount of Bananas and a bananas amount of Walnuts (see what I did there?). Throw a bunch of blueberries in the best damn banana walnut bread you’ve ever had, and bam… now you can drink it! It took us a little bit of time to get it just right, but this mead is tasting absolutely amazing. Do not pass it up.
