This beer is a blend of fermented Frankenthaler grape juice and three base Gerstes that have aged for an average of 25 months in various barrels. After blending, the beer has macerated on Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for a couple of weeks. The total fruit intensity is 650 grams of grapes per liter.
