SummeRye

Описание

Japanese feudal lord Shiba Yoshimasa (1350–1410) stated that a warrior looked forward to a glorious death...He should not scandalize his name forever by holding his one and only life too dear ...Like the sad decline of the Samurai, one of our favorite Australian hops, Summer, has had its production discontinued. We decided to make SummeRye to tip our hats to this great hop in a super crisp beer made using generous amounts of rye to add a razor sharp edge to this beer. This beer celebrates the Way of the Warrior, to not be shamed and avoid death. Pass with honor Summer, we will miss your end of boil additions adding balanced citrus and stone fruit flavors with distinct apricot and melon characteristics. Drink this beer without regret! We will make this beer until there is no more Summer.
