Dry Traditional mead made with yeast that was in space! Wildflower honey with wonderful ester notes from the space traveling Nottingham yeast. Note - this is not a 100% gluten free mead as the yeast was grown in a malt solution before we added to the mead. Many thanks to these wonderful educators Nick Tier and Dan Leppold.
