Shout out to all you Red IPA fans who’ve been left on read – this one’s for you! It’s been a while since we brewed a Red IPA, so Ross and the brew crew went all out.We’ve combined our best local malts with specialty Melanoidin and Caraaroma from Germany for a rich blend of biscuit sweetness, subtle toastiness, dried fruit, and a touch of caramel and roasted nuts.But don’t worry, this is still an IPA – and that means hops! We’ve got a killer Aussie, US & NZ hop mix, featuring our first use of Cryo Superdelic, bursting with sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel, fresh pine, and playful red fruit and candy notes.Next time, we’ll respond faster... unless we’re busy brewing something new!
