Oubliette of Staves IV

Описание

Oubliette of Staves IV is a saison aged in wine barrels for 33 months, displaying our quintessential saison profile of lime zest, hay and subtle Brettanomyces funk. The blend is three noteworthy barrels, one displaying a pillowy soft saison with delicate floral notes of clean linen, and the other two adding wonderful hay, honey and lime zest notes in support. This beer was then transferred over yarrow petals, bringing a subtle sage-brush herbaceous note to the mélange.
