Intentions are a huge part of brewing - we make beer with the intention of creating certain flavors and taste profiles. Once fermentation is underway, however, we have to suspend those intentions and let the yeast dictate where the beer goes. It's the magic of fermentation! Suspended Intentions is a Table Saison, conditioned on grape skins and dry hopped with Columbus and Azzaca. It offers a light graininess and delicate dank, that support the grape skin tannins and creates a light balance of bitter and beauty. And it's only 4.7%, perfect for some hot days coming!
