A Belgian-Canadian-Australian-German saison. Inspired by Belgian saisons buts using Canadian Yeast from Escarpment labs. Aussie hops and an all German malt bill. An extremely dry beer with a fruit salad medley of flavours most predominantly apple, cherry and slight bit of pepper.
