This nitro fruited sour was fruited with Cara Cara navel oranges and a touch of vanilla. The Cara Cara is a type of blood orange so its flesh is pinkish-red and the fruit is relatively sweet and low in acidity. Toss that onto a nitro line and you get a beer with a super smooth and creamy mouthfeel that isn't too sweet or too sour!
