Cotton Candy Skies is not kettle soured but uses our farmhouse technology to give it an extremely balanced acidity level. The fruit has been refermented to a stable gravity, cold crashed, and then separated. Cotton Candy Sky pours a melted pink-purple cotton candy color, releasing tropical purple rain. Aromas and flavors of pristine guava, pears, candied strawberries, and mango dance with assorted berries over a mesocyclone of mixed berry colors, supported by a soft, well-rounded body. The #BalancedAcidity and touch of bitterness maintain a high level of drinkability. This beer does not contain lactose.
