We collaborated with craft cider producers and good folk of Pomologik and after only a few discussions there was no other option but Polyamory. A Farmhouse Graf that brings both the feeling of strolling through Berlin in a hot summer day and the ‘chic’ of chilling by the sea in southern France.Polyamory pours light-golden in the glass, a fluffy white head surges immediately to cap and finish decorating this beautiful drink. In the nose an intense smell of Skåne grown ‘Aroma’ apples lead the dance with the dank freshness of the Dry hops. In the mouth, the proportions reverse. The magic dank and juicy trio Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic come forward and combine with the funky Brett notes from the cider.
