This traditional best bitter is the work of Joshua Bonner, one of our Brewer Apprentices at Hare Brewery. Having worked a little under 10 months for the company, he hopes this bitter will pack a punch and earn him the respect of his peers!Bramling Cross and Challenger hops go hand in hand, inducing flavours and aromas of blackcurrant, sweet fruits, and a hint of spice. The addition of chocolate malt provides a deliciously smooth character that’s paired with the bitterness from Target hops to strike a perfect balance of grain and plant.
