Heyday brew co came to town and wanted to make a beer but we couldn't decide what to make - so naturally we decided to put everything into one. Peaches n' Cream sour milkshake IPA is a smorgasbord of flavour. First we took a sweet and creamy milkshake IPA base and kettle soured it overnight, then we fermented it with some vanilla and heaps of NZ and American hops to emphasise the peachiness. Finally we hit it with a monster amounts of actual peaches to get a huge fruity, sweet, creamy, sour, thick mouthful of a beer. Enjoy the Journey as its probably the most expensive beer ever made?
