Nobu-san, who used to work as a barista at our Pig & Barrel in Nozawa, is finally opening his own store in his hometown, and we made this kick-off beer to celebrate the opening.The style is Pale Ale.He himself used to work in Norway, so he strongly requested that we use KVEIK, a traditional Norwegian yeast.Loral hop was used, inspired by Nobu's favorite Loral Pils.The Loral hop is not too strong in terms of aroma and taste, and is a taste that will accompany you in your daily life.And the name is "NERABI". This is a backward reading of the Norwegian word I baren, which means "at the bar" or "at the bar.
