Mist Dragon

Описание

This collaboration with Humble Sea Brewing is a glorious union of two disparate realms. We started with a hazy IPA malt bill and fermented with lager yeast before lightly dry-hopping with Nelson. The result is a foggy lager sporting aromas of white grape, lychee, and spicy wild grass, with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and lager-like finish. It’s a majestic new beast, and a testament to the combined power of weird minds.
