Mitosutikku Jikan

"Mitosutikku Jikan" is an Unfiltered Japanese rice lager brewed with flaked rice, Jasmine rice, and was fermented with a Sake yeast blend.  Brewed in collaboration with Great Divide Brewing Company in a traditional manner, this dry lager was then hopped with Saaz and African Queen.  Tou tou atama ga shock. Think fresh Soba noodles, Okonomiyaki, and Yakitori.
