A special batch of cider put together for Grain Store for St.Patricks Day by Australia's leading cider maker Willie Smiths down in the beautiful Huon Valley in Tassie. The cider has been made bythe blending of four traditional [Tipperary] Irish origin apples: Yarlington Mill, Tremlett's Bitter, Dabinett & Michelin. This apple variety blend contributes intense fresh aroma and a crisp acidity whichcombines with the cider apple tannins to give great structure. A cloudy golden appearance & on the pallet you get a full bodied medium sweet cider with balanced tannin structure.
