Golden Saison brewed with Waitaki Honey and barrel aged in a local pinot noir barrel, for souring. The Medlar fruit, was harvested from our tree, bletted, then made into a syrup and later added to the barrel. The barrel has many funky yeasts , including Fantome dregs.We liked it so much , that we're releasing it again.Label art: Michael O'Brien & Robin Crawford
