Nude Cider Lemongrass

We created this cider to go well with spicy and Asian food – as alternative to beer and Riesling. The combination of our apple cider with real lemongrass and a little higher sugar content provides extra body and gives nice citrus notes on the pallet, with a long finish. 5.4% alcohol, carbonated, in 0.33l bottles. In the first batch we used just a bit of lemongrass but future batches will have a more pronounced nose and pallet of lemongrass. Natural fermentation, coarsely filtered, 5 apple varieties, pure apple juice from our farm. 35g sugar/liter. Minimum amount of sulfate. Vegan. Gluten-free.
