The Creepy Ginger is a Belgian Golden Strong Ale brewed with a pilsner malt base and a healthy chunk of spelt. A modest amount of organic ginger is infused into the beer after fermentation to add subtle complexity to classic Belgian fruity and spicy flavors, resulting in a unique Belgian ale. The Creepy Ginger comes in at a creepily smooth 7.8% ABV, which is our artistic representation of the level of a ginger’s repressed anger.
