Room To Breathe

Описание

Room To Breathe is our latest West Coast IPA. In this recipe we have used both Enigma and Galaxy flowers in the whirlpool, with a dry hop of Vic Secret, El Dorado and Amarillo. The colour is a traditional light amber. We get aromas of stone fruit and grapefruit with a slight dankness in the mix. On the palate we have a pleasant upfront bitterness, bringing with it an undertone of resin. Flavours of pineapple, mandarin and pine will coat the palate with lasting citrus bitterness.
