This Northern Italian beer-wine hybrid often using up to 40% grape must (pressed juice) — ours features Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc must and vincotto from Wither Hills.Passionfruit, grapefruit, green capsicum, and a hint of cattiness, typical of NZ Sauvignon Blanc, give this beer a truly wine-like feel. Low bitterness, and a tart finish add to this perception.
