Singularity: EC10 is an Imperial Stout that spent 19.5 months in a single 10 year old Elijah Craig. This barrel was given to us by Eureka Burger's Roseville location. That account will receive a small allocation of bottles to be poured next to the whiskey that was once held in the barrel.The barrels picked for our Singularity Series are the most prized in our barrel aging program. During our quarterly barrel tastings, the Brewers look for single barrels that contain liquid so special it deserves to be showcased by itself without any further treatments or blending.
