The Pablo is the second in our limited-edition handpull Stout Series, a connection beer between Volstead Head Brewer Mike Cheer and Crafted Coffee Co-owner Mark Chirnside, two old mates with a passion for all things beer and coffee. Crafted's medium roast Colombian beans underwent cold extraction over 24 hours, resulting in a rich flavour without any of the bitterness, before being added to a smooth American stout at 5.4%. Balanced, rich coffee roast with a smooth hit of malt. Cheers to Chirny and Crafted!
