Brewed with a complex malt bill consisting of Maris Otter, Munich, Pilsner and Malted Oats and fermented with a heaps neutral strain of California ale yeast to make way for the hops to take centre stage. Gigantic hop additions of Columbus, Amarillo Cryo, Simcoe, Mosaic and Crystal hops combine to create a tropical and complex treat!
