Barrel Aged Special Relativity 1- Batch 3

Описание

Aged in a single select Weller barrel for just over 14 months and bottled absent of any of adjuncts, we aimed to show this stellar barrel off and let its unique characteristics shine. Pouring pitch black with a tan head, aromas of oaky bourbon filled chocolate truffles lead into flavors of rich bakers chocolate, freshly ground coffee, dark fruits, tobacco, brownie batter, and leather. These sensory experiences come together in an extremely viscous body with a smooth bourbon note accompanied by a complex vanilla and caramel silk like finish. This beer is the culmination of a magical base and a truly special barrel.
