Juicy Pale ale - The goal? get as much juicy hop flavour into a 4.8% beer without blowing out the bitterness.One of our inaugural beers brewed in Perth, we’ve thrown caution to the wind and started exploring new products; Salvo hop products from Hopsteiner is a CO2 extract that’s had its alpha acids removed, put simply, its hop flavour and aroma without the bitterness! Yes please.It pours yellow with a thick foamy head. The hop bill is bravo, Cascade cryo and Idaho 7 so expect the flavour and aroma to be big juicy grapefruit, mango and citrus. It’s not all hops though, we’re using triticale (a drought resistant hybrid of wheat and rye) and some rolled oats to keep the mouthfeel smooth, dusty and full.Malt: PALE MALT, TRITICAL, ROLLED OATS, CARAPILSHops: BRAVO, CASCADE CRYO, IDAHO 7
