This & That was brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped entirely with Czech Saaz. We carefully cold fermented and lagered for 17 weeks and naturally carbonated to produce the softest, cleanest, and crispiest beer that we possibly could. We get notes of bready pilsner malt, fresh cut flowers, white tea leaves, and soft minerality.
