Carabao Brewing has been chosen to be part of a new and exclusive hop innovation program through YCH. We have been given the opportunity to trial new non-commercial hop products and this brew highlights one via a Mosaic hop extract trial 701. This trial is meant to replace 75% of our regular hoppings with this flowable product to help gain better efficiency while maintaining the excellent flavors and aromas we normally receive from the Mosaic hop. Hope you enjoy and please give us feedback.
