Harry Masters Jersey is a bittersweet apple producing a tasty apple with crisp tannins. Originating in Somerset, it is widely grown for its reliable cropping and deep, complex flavour. Presenting a unique taste with notes of toasted almond, buttered toast, dried yellow fruits and cardamon, spiralling into a finish full of minerality.
