Made with foraged apples from Waldo County & Kennebec County. Foraged with Chef Khris Hogg of Circumstance in Swanville, Maine. The total blend is made up of 30% bittersweet, 30% bittersharp, 20% sharp, and 20% aromatic wild apples. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak for one year. A true expression of Maine's woodlands.
