Cosmic Express

Описание

This is our Thiolized IPA with Galaxy and Nelson hops brewed using new hopping techniques and a special yeast called Cosmic Punch from Omega. The Thiolized process enhances a yeast's natural ability to biotransform compounds found in malt and hops to unleash thiols that evoke grapefruit, passionfruit, and guava aromas - reminiscent of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and Southern Hemisphere Hops.
