Bramble Jamble

Brewed with Bottle and Barlow located in downtown Sacramento for Sac Cocktail Week, this beer is a play on a Gin Bramble. We brewed an Imperial Sour Blonde and added blackberries towards the end of fermentation. After fermentation was done we treated the beer with combo of botanicals that consisted of juniper berries, coriander, lemon zest and orange zest. Close your eyes and you'll swear this is a cocktail in your mind.
