Our entry to the 2025 Rare Beer Challenge. We made this beer in collaboration with the new sensation in vegan ice cream ‘EatKinda’. These guys make ice cream from cauliflower destined for the waste bin. They take cauliflower considered to not meet the quality requirements for supermarkets and make ice cream from it. So we have made beer from leftover ice cream, made from leftover cauliflower. Double recycling!! We've also added feijoas, peaches and Tongan vanilla beans.
