Hop Oils: Amarillo

Our first time dosing a beer with steam-distilled hop oils. Amarillo in this case into Cheaper Hops. These oils (1-2% of the hop's dry weight) are extracted from wet hops, so they contain the bright-citrusy-green notes of the varietal. The Amarillo has stonefruit and orange notes especially.Glacier Ranch describes the aroma as "Floral, Spicy, with citrus-like bouquet"
