Ssiat Beer, derived from the Korean word for 'seed', is crafted through the traditional Solera method in a grand oak foeder. Matured initially for one year with our house yeast, it undergoes further aging in oak barrels, adding depth. It's then finely conditioned with Jirisan acacia honey for six months, resulting in a rich tapestry of flavors, including red apple, pear, and subtle nutty notes. This ale beautifully showcases the timeless interplay of grains, yeast, and time, offering a unique, layered tasting experience.
